We're delighted to report that Insightful Environments has achieved a Gold medal from EcoVadis, the world's most trusted provider of business sustainability ratings.
Insightful Environments scored 75/100, which places the company in the 97th percentile from over 62,000 rated companies.
"As part of our AdvancingESG@IE campaign that we started in 2022 to improve sustainability performance across every part of IE, one of our first goals was to gain external accreditation for what we're doing to demonstrate the improvements we're making across the business.
"After getting a bronze medal from Ecovadis at the start of our ESG journey in 2022, we're really pleased that the changes we've made in the last 18 months have allowed us to achieve the Gold medal award this year. EcoVadis is the global standard for business sustainability ratings. The EcoVadis assessment evaluates 21 sustainability criteria across four core themes: Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics and Sustainable Procurement.

EcoVadis’ business sustainability ratings are based on international sustainability standards such as the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact, the International Labour Organization (ILO) conventions, the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards and the ISO 26000 standard. The ratings provide an evidenced-based analysis on performance and an actionable roadmap for continuous improvement.
