One of the world’s leading law firms approached us looking for a proposal to relocate and provide furniture for its new office in the City of London. They wanted to move from a multi-floor building to a larger, single-floor location to help their teams collaborate and communicate more effectively.
Their in-house designer had created the designs for the new office in which they wanted to reuse and repurpose some existing furniture, combined with some new furniture. We reviewed and advised on their proposed furniture schedule suggesting alternatives where appropriate, before getting sign off on the final specification.
We then planned out the move and install process, taking into account the client’s tight timescales and all the different elements which included:
One of the existing furniture items that really benefited from the expertise of our professional furniture fitting team was in dismantling and re-installing the partner’s work wall system which needed structural support once installed.
The move was completed on schedule with no disruptions or issues in April 2021 with our on-site teams adhering to strict Covid-protocols at all times.

"Working with IE from afar due to Covid-19 travel restrictions turned out to be quite a success. IE exceeded expectations, were quick to jump into whatever we needed and timely correspondence was always received, even with us remaining in the US. We highly recommend IE and look forward to working with them on future projects, hopefully in person!”
