You will be an integral part of the IE team delivering smarter, healthier & sustainable projects for leading organisations. We are seeking an Account Manager to provide support to our clients across the UK. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, this role will have responsibility for increasing sales and relationships for Insightful Environments. 

Role Requirements – What are we looking for?

  • Office Interiors Industry exposure essential - Min five years in sales or sales support in a technical field related to product specification in the interiors or furniture sector.
  • Successful track record of planning and execution.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Exhibit sound decision-making skills in high-pressure environments.
  • Excellent follow-up & closing skills.

Role Responsibilities – What would you be doing?

  • Work with set account lists to develop existing dormant accounts.
  • Manage Key Accounts
  • Use various promotional and Marketing tools to increase sales
  • Own the business relationship with the client
  • Create a virtual team to support the development of increased sales
  • Assist in “win rooms” to coordinate strategy to win
  • Manage the client engagement
  • Own the process of establishing, and reporting service levels
  • Provide information of weekly sales progress on key opportunities
  • Provide Monthly forecasting on CRM & ensure CRM is fully updated to capture, maintain and track customer relationships
  • Provide accurate planning and forecasting.
