Office expansion following merger.
Insightful Environments were approached by CMS, one of the world’s largest law firms to help specify, procure and install loose furniture for several floors in its offices next to Cannon Street Station in London and following our strong performance on the London project were engaged for its offices in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Manchester, Sheffield, Singapore and Hong Kong.
CMS had recently merged with Nabarro and Olswang to create a new London legal powerhouse and were looking to expand its offices to accommodate the extra employees.
CMS had been working with interior architectural practice KKS on the interior design of the other floors at Cannon Place and wanted a similar look and feel globally.
IE engaged with KKS and CMS, negotiating with suppliers and specifying alternative products to fit the final budget and timescales, making sure that the original look and feel was maintained. This involved 18 manufacturers and over 67 Products Types procured by Insightful Environments.
The London installation was completed in May 2018, followed on by the projects in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Manchester, Sheffield, Singapore and Hong Kong.
